How Rental Offers Work
Sinistar receives housing requests from insurers and policyholders seeking temporary accommodation. We review their needs and then send rental offers to selected hosts.
Who Receives Rental Offers
Rental offers are sent to hosts whose accommodation:
Is approved on the platform
Is located near the policyholder’s relocation area
Matches the policyholder’s criteria (number of bedrooms, capacity, special requirements, etc.)
How to View Your Offers
Rental offers are always sent to you by email. You can also view your offers directly in your dashboard by navigating to My Rental Offers & Bids.

Response Time
In most cases, you have up to 24 hours to respond to a rental offer. Depending on the number of quotes received, this timeframe may be shorter or longer. If the response window is extended and you haven’t replied yet, you may receive an email notification.
The sooner you respond, the better your chances of securing the rental.
