When you host with Sinistar, we charge a service fee to support the operation of our platform. The service fee only applies to the rentals you actually get, ensuring you’re only charged when you earn. This fee helps us provide a seamless experience, including 24/7 customer support, secure payment processing, and tools to manage your listings.
How much is the service fee?
Sinistar charges a 12.5% service fee on confirmed bookings, before taxes. For example, if your accommodation is booked for $100 per night, the service fee would be $12.50, and you would receive $87.50 per night before any applicable taxes. The service fee is deducted from the payments you receive from Sinistar, if you receive any.
