When Can You Cancel?
You may need to cancel a booking if you change your mind or face a serious and unexpected situation. If you’ve already signed the relocation contract, only valid reasons will justify a cancellation.
How to Request a Cancellation
If you need to cancel your reservation:
Contact your Sinistar agent as soon as possible. They will check whether your booking can be cancelled.
Optional: You can ask your claims adjuster to notify us, but you remain responsible for ensuring that we received this information. Delays may result in additional charges.
