Step 1: Contact Your Host
If the accommodation isn’t clean, start by calling your host. Often, it’s a simple oversight, and they can promptly address the issue.
Step 2: Escalate if Needed
If the problem is serious or the host is uncooperative:
Take photos of the issue for documentation.
Contact your Sinistar agent immediately.
Your agent will work to resolve the situation. If necessary, you may be offered an alternative accommodation.
