1. Start your quote request
On the landing page, click Request Housing. This opens the online quote request form.
2. Tell us who you are
Select I’m a policyholder, then click Next.

3. Choose the number of guests.
Indicate how many adults, children, and infants will be staying in the temporary accommodation.
You can also select the number of bedrooms you’ll need.
4. Enter your relocation dates.
Provide your arrival date and expected departure date.
Arrival date: Choose a specific date or select As soon as possible
Expected departure date: You can extend your stay later if needed

5. Add your contact information
Please provide:
First name
Last name
Phone number
Email address
We’ll use this information to contact you once quotes are available.
6. Enter your home address.
Your address helps us find nearby accommodations that meet your needs.
🔒 Your privacy matters
We never share your address with hosts.
7. Share your insurance claim details
If available, please provide:
Claims adjuster’s full name
Insurance company name (select Other if not listed)
Claim number
You can usually find this information in your insurance documents or emails from your adjuster.
If you don’t have all the details yet, you can continue—a Sinistar agent will follow up.

8. Add other places of interest (optional)
You may include additional addresses, such as:
Your workplace
Your children’s school
If accommodations near your home aren’t available, we’ll search near these locations instead.
9. Tell us about your needs (optional)
Let us know if you need:
Baby furniture
Pet-friendly housing
Parking
Anything else
If you select Other, you’ll be able to add more details.

10. Review and confirm
You’ll see a summary of your request. Review the details and click Confirm.
Need to make changes? Click Edit, update the information, then confirm again.
