You will receive the entry instructions by e-mail once you have signed your contract with Sinistar. These instructions include:
- Address of your temporary lodging
- Time of arrival
- Time of departure
- Details on how to access the accommodation (e.g.: code to unlock the lock)
- Password for wireless Internet (Wi-Fi)
- Contact information of your Sinistar host
Didn't receive the entry instructions?
Here’s what to do.
- Check your junk or spam mail folder. They may end up there by mistake.
- If they are not, contact your Sinistar agent. He or she will resend them to you.
