How to Become a Host
1. Create Your Host Account
Visit the host registration page and click “Try hosting.”
Complete the sign-up form
Click “Create an account”

2. Add Your Accommodation
Creating a listing only takes a few minutes. You’ll be asked to:
Confirm your property’s location
Select the included amenities

Upload at least 5 clear photos
Please include at least one photo of each bedroom and bathroom
Write a short description
Submit your listing

3. Wait for Approval
A Sinistar agent will review your listing to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Approval typically takes up to 2 business days, and you’ll be notified by email once it’s complete.
4. Receive Rental Requests
When a policyholder or claims adjuster submits a request, you’ll receive an email notification.
You can then choose to accept or decline the request.

5. Submit a Quote
If you accept a request, you’ll be asked to submit a rental price (called a quote).
An agent reviews all quotes and shares the best option with the policyholder. You’ll be notified promptly if your quote is selected.

6. Wait for the Rental Agreement
Once your quote is accepted, the policyholder must sign a rental agreement outlining the rental terms.
The booking is confirmed as soon as the agreement is signed.
7. Send Entry Instructions
Help ensure a smooth check-in by sharing:
Property access details (keys, lockbox, access code, etc.)
Parking or arrival instructions
Wi-Fi network name and password
8. Welcome Your Guests
It’s move-in day! Payment is issued 10–14 business days after guest arrival.
